The Kitchen: All food is made from scratch by a team of chefs. We serve three meals per day to 100+ guests in our heritage log dining room overlooking the lake. Over the years, we've worked with local purveyors, farmers and producers to ensure the very best local fare is on the menu. Our goal is to create a cuisine that is delicious, rustic, culturally diverse, made almost completely on the premises with a noticeable love and respect for the ingredients. If it’s not made here, it’s purchased from a nearby quality supplier.
