Arowhon Pines is proud to offer guests food that is typically Canadian. Using fresh seasonal ingredients, our expert chefs prepare healthy dishes influenced by the many nationalities that have made Canada their home.
We serve three meals per day. The variety is inviting and the quality such that guests are tempted to try everything - they are free to do so.
Coffee and muffins for early risers, afternoon tea and scones, hearty picnic lunches, impromptu luncheon barbecues by the lake and weekend buffet lunches are all part of the Arowhon Pines dining experience.
Dominating the grounds is our famous heritage dining room, "a six sided teepee of hand-hewn logs, its cavernous size accentuated by wrap-around views of lake and forest" (The Globe & Mail). The walls inside are made of pine logs and a towering stone fireplace rises to the centre of its cathedral ceiling.

Bring your own wine—we'll uncork it for you in the dining room (there is no corkage fee)—our meals deserve it!

Locals, cottagers, campers & visitors find Arowhon Pines a unique location for a special occasion or celebration.
This season, groups of 10 or more who book a meal can enjoy a complimentary boat cruise of the lakes; contact our office for more information and reservations.
Information for Booking A Meal at Arowhon Pines:
Breakfast is served from 8 – 10 AM, $ 25.00 per person.
Weekday lunch is from 12:30 – 2 PM and on hot, sunny days, our chef may have a barbecue by the lake (please call first if you wish to choose another day). The cost is $ 32.00 per person. On weekends, there is a hot and cold lunch buffet, famous throughout the area, at $ 45.00 per person.
Dinner is served at 6:30 PM (one seating only) and is always served in the dining room, at $ 70.00 per person.
* All rates subject to a 15 % service charge in lieu of tipping, and applicable Canadian taxes.
Please advise us of any special dietary requirements, or if it is a special occasion.
Guests are advised to bring their own wine – we are not licensed – and….our food deserves it! There are no corkage fees.
Guests are welcome to arrive early and enjoy their wine on our verandah overlooking the lake.
Dress is casual. Our menu changes daily and seasonally – should you wish to know the days’ entrees, it’s best to call that morning!

At time of booking, our office will ask for a credit card number to guarantee the table. We do not charge anything on your card at that time. As we only take a limited number of outside meal bookings, your commitment is important. For tables of 1-3, we require 24 hours notice of your cancellation and for tables of 4 or more, 48 hours - in order to resell the table.
